I shall miss Boston’s Ketman, who close out their career at Great Scott tonight with help from Ho-Ag, Battle House, and Banditas (who I’ve written about before). They just launched a bandcamp with a nice retrospective if you’re looking for a crash course, fifteen everything-infused punk numbers that will be perfect for a weekend evening. Always loved how the band could bring in horns and it would only add more fuel to their fire… listen to “Dancing Man” for proof. The horn line reminds me of my Ethiopiques collection.
